If requested, complete the fillable PDF forms and submit to the financial aid office. All documents must be physically signed and dated. Submit completed documents by email from your BC student email.

太阳城官网 Emergency Fund Application
The 太阳城官网 Student Emergency Fund is intended to assist the most vulnerable of our student population with continuing and succeeding in their educational goals despite facing potential financial crises.
Granted requests will be as a ONE-TIME emergency grant, not a loan that requires repayment. As funds will be limited and are not an entitlement, they will be distributed at the discretion of the BC Foundation & Office of Financial Aid. Applications will be evaluated in the order they are received and are contingent upon available funding.
Requests may take 2-3 weeks to review.
Financial Aid Emergency Assistance (Initial Application)
Students who are experiencing a financial emergency are encouraged to complete the Emergency Fund Application. This program is intended to provide immediate support for students facing urgent financial needs, such as unexpected medical expenses, housing instability, or other critical situations.
Foundation Emergency Assistance: (For Those Who Have Already Applied for the Financial Aid Emergency Fund)
If you have already applied for emergency assistance and are facing additional financial hardship, you may be eligible to apply for Foundation Emergency Fund. This program is designed for students who have already received assistance through the Financial Aid Emergency Assistance Fund and require further support due to another unexpected financial challenge. (limited funds available)
Book Advance Form
Book Advances are granted for educational expenses only to qualifying students two weeks prior to the beginning of each semester. Only one Book Advance application will be accepted during the semester. Book Advances will be deducted from your Pell grant disbursement or repaid by the student.

Chromebook/Electronic Equipment Advance Application
*Application will open for Spring 2025 on January 13th
Please complete the to borrow a Chromebook or laptop (based on availability) for the semester. The application needs to be submitted each semester for the request and it is based on a first-come first served basis, while supplies last.
